Browser and feature limits

  • JavaScript is required. The latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari is recommended.
  • Source images are limited to 8 MB; source videos are limited to 50 MB and a converted clip can be up to 10 seconds.
  • Video-to-GIF uses WebAssembly and can take longer on devices with limited memory.
  • Animated GIF support differs between RO servers, so confirm the rules for the server you play on.

Common installation and display issues

If the emblem does not update or transparency looks wrong, check these items in order.

The game cannot find the emblem
Place the file in the Emblem folder for the RO client you actually launch, then reopen the guild emblem picker.
A black background or holes appear
Verify that transparent areas use exact #FF00FF and that the same magenta was not used inside the subject.
The image is blurry or rejected
Confirm a 24×24 BMP output, inspect it in the site game preview, then export and load it again.
